I’m using this as a curbing alcohol cravings and reduce the anxiety/stress. One drop is enough, and I still feel all the emotions but I’m able to process things better because the anxiety part is lowered so much. I’m sleeping well. I feel good. I take a drop in the afternoon most days, usually when I know the alcohol craving will kick in and it curbs it within 30mins, so I just keep busy. I’ve taken Valium in the past to curb alcohol cravings and didn’t like the dopey high feeling and felt it wasn’t ideal as a parent, and as someone who is studying naturopathy I knew there would be a more natural approach, my normal GP was open to me trying alternative options which was nice too. So thank you, for creating a product that helps me be a better version of myself and not have the anxiety and stress take over

    So far this has made my sleep so much better I wake up refreshed and my anxiety hasn’t been as bad. However the dreams I’ve been having have been wild unsure if it’s related.
